Unit C 1302

C-1303 is the place to be during the summer months. The condo screams beachy and is well equipped with pots, pans, etc. Even the crockpot I left was still there for me to use again this summer. The views are spectacular and I loved sitting out at night reading my book listening to the ocean waves.

In the past we visited Silver Dunes many times when our children were young. We returned with 3 of our grandchildren and met up with one of my sisters and her family, 2 adults and 2 grandchildren. We had a marvelous time, a little earlier in the year than we had been before but mostly nice weather and great views as always. Relaxing and will definitely be back. Room was great beach service with Grant was icing on the cake.
Thank you for keeping such a nice, clean, simple, relaxing place to visit in this hectic world.

Enjoyed our winter stay in C1302. Very nice view of the beach and courtyard. Nicely appointed condo. Appreciate the installation of a dehumidifier in the unit to resolve the dampness and window sweating. Patio table and chairs need to be replaced. Can’t use them without getting rust on your clothes. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are so cramped in the room that you can hardly move, utilize the closet or make a safe egress through the window if necessary. Overall a good unit.

We have stayed at Silver Dunes 4 times. We love it. This condo is nicely renovated. Love the location, beautiful beach, convenient beach service. This condo was great for our family. Balcony and view are heavenly. Pool is great! Location close to many things- Winn Dixie, Shakes, Candy shop, Track putt-putt.

WE were in condo 1302C. It was very nice and we had plenty of room. The table was large enough for all of us to sit while having a meal. Very disappointed in towel situation. Considering how much we were paying per night I felt we should have towels replace more often. When we stay in a $200.00 per night at the Hampton we get new towels every day. I think every other day would be better at Silver Dunes. My daughter washed her towels every day. I did not. I was on vacation

C1302 has a great view, is nicely updated, and very clean. I would highly recommend this unit. And Silver Dunes overall is just such a wonderful place for a family beach vacation! The courtyard, the staff, and the beach make SD very special.

Everything was as expected and we loved the floorplan. We chose this unit for the view of the water and sunsets, and we were not dissapointed.
