Our traditional condominiums are single-level units located across four low-rise courtyard buildings and the Penthouse Building. In contrast, our townhomes are two story residences situated on the fourth floor of the Penthouse Building. Townhomes feature a downstairs living, dining, and kitchen area with a half bath, while the bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs providing extra privacy and schedule flexibility for families and groups sharing a unit.

Amenities vary by unit. Many rentals feature fully equipped kitchens with full sized refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and cookware.
