Unit A 104

Very positive experience which is why we have been back for 3 straight years. Place was clean and provided everything we expected. Had a wonderful time with the family and would highly recommend.

Our unit was well appointed and attractive. One of the bathrooms is tiny so a large adult would have difficulty using it. We were close to pool and not too far from the beach. The only thing lacking was a washer and dryer ~ which is the only reason I would not rent this unit again.

Thank you so much for the review. While the unit does not have its own washer and dryer, there is the coin operated laundry room just steps away from the back patio. We hope to see you again!

Our family has been guests of Silver Dunes for over 40 years. We have never stayed anywhere else in Destin area. If you are looking for a safe, family friendly place with a private beach look no further!

Outstay was perfection! Silver Dunes provided the perfect vacation spot for our family. We rented 3 condos in A and my sister rented 3 in D. So our families were across the huge, open green space. It was perfect for our many toddler grandchildren to play together while parents and grandparents could keep a watchful eye. With the pool on one end and the beach on the other, it was easy to enjoy either. The condos are great. They are not “big” spaces but out time was spent outdoors most of the time. We stayed in A104, 105 and 106 and they were all just great. I’ve learned after coming for several years to bring some of my own sharp knives from home, and my girls bring an InstaPot and Crock Pot because we don’t eat out with so littles. The location of Silver Dunes is perfect with every retail store you might need within 1-2 miles. It’s one of the few locations that is not a high rise which would not work for our young grandchildren. So easy
To bring your beach cart and easily transport all your gear to the beach. We LOVE it and will never stay anywhere else!

We love Silver Dunes so much and this was our first stay at this specific unit. Perfectttt location, right across the pool and quick, short walk to the beach. Love the complimentary beach service. The unit itself could do with some upgrades-- the blinds on the sliding door were a nightmare. Many were missing so people could see straight in at night with the lights on, and some even fell off when opening them. Definitely need replacing, these are relatively expensive units so it felt silly to not have functional blinds. Other than that, we really had a great time and absolutely loved the community events at the condos like stores & concert night and movie night. Very cool! Everything was super clean and easy to navigate based on detailed instructions.

Our stay at Silver Dunes is always a wonderful experience. The one thing we think would be a great improvement is the lighting in A 104. A lot of lamps and no ceiling lighting. Overall A104 is super nice location and we are already booked for next year. We have been staying At Silver Dunes for over 20 years now.

We have stayed in this unit for a good many years. We were happy to see all the up grades. Also got to meet the owners and they are a lovely couple. This is a lovely condo and we always request this unit. Already booked for next year.

Having stayed at Silver Dunes since I was a young girl, every stay feels like home! I was there in July with my family for our annual vacay - and lucky enough to come back in September with great friends for some girl time! It is ALWAYS a pleasure to stay at Silver Dunes because of the great atmosphere, attentive staff, and of course, the beach service provided by George and David! Silver Dunes is at the top of our list when it comes to vacation planning!
