Unit 046 SD

We had a great week at Silver Dunes #46! We had stayed there before a few years ago, and found everything we needed in the condo itself. However, I find Excel Beach Service top be severely lacking...the guys were overly eager to take up chairs the minute anyone walked away, and in the past we've been able to stay out in the chairs past 5:00, but this year we felt like they were hovering over us ready to pounce to take up everything at 5pm. I doubt we'll get a survey from Excel, so I wanted someone to be aware. No one could ever replace George, but some things like that could go a long way to help.

Thank you for the review. We apologize for any issues that you came across with Excel beach service. I have sent this information to the owner of that company to let them know. Pick up time for the sets is 5pm, however, they should not have made you feel rushed. We hope to see you back soon!

We have stayed in #46 three times, and it’s perfect for our family. We love having two balconies and can really spread out across the condo. It is impeccably clean, and the kitchen is stocked so well with all the things necessary for cooking. The new flooring upstairs is beautiful and perfect for a beach condo. The washer and dryer were crucial for a beach week. Highly recommend!

The weather was great! The townhouse was gorgeous. Recently renovated, great view of the gulf, had ample room for all the adults and kids. Complimentary beach service (for one setup) all week. Kitchen has all the utensils for cooking that fresh fish we caught. Also close to all the hot spot restaurants. The baby pool was perfect for my granddaughter. No complaints. Many thanks to all the staff.

We have stayed at Silver Dunes several times and ever since having young children, we've settled into the #46 unit. Perfect to fit a family of 4 or 5, or even two separate families since you can still have your own space. Relatively close to the elevator for easy access. Love the top floor unit, that way nobody's making noise above you (plus the water views are BEST from up there!)

Wonderful place to stay! The view was beautiful. The condo was located close to stores & restaurants. Beach access was great. Our kids loved the basketball and tennis courts. My family had a blast! Will definitely be back.

Our family loves Silver Dunes Condos in Destin, Fl and have vacationed there many times. Last week was our 1st time in unit 46. It was spacious with a great view; however, it could use a little TLC. Overall, our visit was good and will be fondly remembered.

Very happy with all accommodations. The only disappointment was the carpet. I feel it would have been cleaner with some sort of tile. The space and location was great. We had a great time!

We stayed in #46-very clean and well stocked kitchen. Loved the larger living area and 1/2 bath downstairs. The two bedrooms upstairs and both with a bath was nice and the laundry up there. Loved our stay and definitely would come again

Great experience! Condo was clean and plenty of room. Loved the view and the security. Walking distance to food and activities . Beach was a big space and only for renters. Water sports and umbrellas right there.

We enjoyed are stay in our condo. The view was great from the balcony. We liked that the bedrooms were upstairs separate from living area. George was great having us set up with chairs and umbrellas every day.Great family environment.
