I highly recommend the Silver Dunes rentals as it is located in a great location right on the beach. The beach is not crowded as a result of these low rise apartments. The other area high rise units have much busier beaches. The #10 unit did have a very noisy fan motor in living room area. I would recommend a HVAC service call to repair/replace the noisy fan motor and clean the evaporator coil as when the unit was on it caused us to sneeze or cough (I suspect the evaporator coil needs to be cleaned). Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the noisy HVAC unit would preclude me from re-visiting this unit.

Had family stay in this location for second year in a row and they really enjoyed this condo. The price is very good which makes it tough to beat. Highly recommend.

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for a week in October ‘22. Biggest perks are close proximity to the pool and beach- you can easily make trips up and back throughout the day for meals, naps, etc. The property also felt very safe. Laundry and grills were easily accessible. The condo was just fine/perfectly adequate. The bed was fairly comfortable and things were mainly clean. The kitchen didn’t have everything we quite needed to make most of our meals there but did provide most kitchen cookware you would need. Overall recommend silver dunes for the easy access to the beach and pool and family friendly environment!

My family has enjoyed Silver Dunes for over 40 years. We were first introduced to it by our Memphis cousins. They were acquainted with Kemmons Wison who built the property.

5 Star Vacation once again! I have stayed at Silver Dunes several times now and would highly recommend it. I always feel safe and everyone is very nice. The beach is the best you will find anywhere! George is very accommodating and the beach chairs are worth renting for sure! Conventiently located to restaurants and shopping. If you are traveling with your family, this is the place for you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silver Dunes. Our unit was the perfect fit for our family. It was close to the pool and a short walk to the beach, which is great when you have young kids. And having a ground floor unit is a game changer. It was so easy to load up our cart on the patio and walk straight out to the pool or beach. And we loved being able to let the kids run around outside and play with the other kids. We also really enjoyed the family nights that Silver Dunes had planned during our stay, like movie night on the lawn and the s'mores night. Make sure and check the unit's storage area because there were many pool/beach toys in there that we didn't notice until a few days into our trip. I also recommend ordering groceries online ahead of time (we used Walmart) and picking them up when you get into town. And we suggest stopping by Blaylock's to pick up some steamed shrimp to bring back home and eat. Fantastic!
