Excel Beach Service is Available Between March 1 and November 31 Each Year

Between March and November, you may place reservations by clicking on the link, www.excelbeachservice.com/silver-dunes-condominiums or ask for more information by calling Excel at 850-797-6123 All owners with personal beach equipment please call or email at info@excelbeachservice.com Priority and placement of all beach equipment is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
Beach chairs and umbrellas or cabanas may be rented on a daily or weekly basis. Setups are generally in place by 8:30am each morning and are collected around 5:00pm each afternoon. All fees for beach service are due prior to your check out from Silver Dunes. You may pay beach service fees by cash or credit card. *Additional credit card fees apply.
Please limit the volume of boom boxes and be respectful of those around you.
The location and positioning of private beach equipment used as shading devices has become more restricted on our beach area. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, beach umbrellas, tents, tarps, shading screens attached to chairs and clip-on umbrellas on chairs. Please consult with the beach staff with questions about the restrictions on your specific beach equipment.
Beach Service and Water Equipment Rates
2024: Rates starting Jan. 1st 2024 (below rates DO NOT include sales tax)
- 1 day = $45
- Week = $225
- Kayak/Paddle Board = $30 per hr
- A La Carte:
- 1 beach chair = $20 day/$100 week (6 days a week)
- 1 umbrella = $20 day/$100 week (6 days a week)
- 1 table = $5 day/$25 week (6 days a week)
