Welcome to our Snowbird page! Silver Dunes has plenty to offer Snowbirds. Each year we plan various events weekly and monthly. Monthly events in the past have included trips to local favorite restaurants, Ebroy Greyhound dog track, Liza Jackson Park, Turkey Creek Nature Trail, Biloxi, and Dinners and BBQ's at Silver Dunes. Weekly Events:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday- Water aerobics in the heated pool
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LONG TERM RENTALS: A $250.00 deposit is required via check to reserve the unit you requested. Credit card deposits will be accepted with a 3% charge FOR LONG TERM RESERVATIONS ONLY, long term being 30 days or more. $250.00 deposit is non-refundable on long term stays.Your balance is due upon arrival via cash, personal check, traveler’s check, cashiers check, or MasterCard, Visa, and Discover with a 3% fee FOR LONG TERM RESERVATIONS ONLY. A $250 damage deposit in form of cash or credit card will be required at check-in. Upon completion of inspection of your unit if a damage has occurred or a deep clean is required, your credit card will be charged. Neither early departures nor late arrivals warrant a refund. We will endeavor to place you in the unit that you requested, however, due to maintenance problems or other unforeseen situations, we cannot guarantee a specific room. Once again this is for LONG TERM RESERVATIONS ONLY, Long term being 30 days or more.
