We Supply:
- A full supply of bathroom tissue, soap, and dishwashing detergent is provided. Guests will need to bring their own paper goods and laundry detergent.
- Bed linens and towels are provided, Guests will need to bring their own beach blankets and towels.
- Wireless Internet is avaliable over the property.
- Pots, pans and flatware are provided.
- DVD players in every unit. Some units also have VHS players.
- Designated BBQ pit areas.
- Gated property with night guard.
RULES AND REGULATIONS Revised 2008
1. Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. PLEASE RESPECT SET TIMES.
2. Your rent is payable in full 30 days prior to arrival. MasterCard, Discover and VISA are accepted.
3. A unit will not be rented to a party whose size exceeds maximum occupancy.
1 bedroom- 4 persons 2 bedrooms townhouses- 6 to 8 persons
2 bedroom- 6 persons 3 bedroom- 8 persons
4. No unit will be rented to single adults 25 and under. Families only.
5. Absolutely no pets allowed on the premises except to aid the handicapped.
6. All vehicles on property must display parking passes. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at owner’s expense.
7. All facilities in the complex are to be used be occupants and their authorized guests only. No visitors of guests will be admitted to the property unless the security guard has been notified in advance. (837-6043)
8. Park in designated areas only- boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles shall be parked in front Northeast lot only.
9. Please do not throw anything from balconies.
10. Please do not hang towels, swimsuits, etc. on balcony rail. Drying racks are provided.
11. No fireworks, firearms, etc. will be discharged on the property.
12. No loud music or noise after 10:00 p.m.
13. Laundry room is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
14. Please do not feed seagulls from balconies or courtyard area.
15. There will be a $15.00 charge for lost keys.
16. Grilling is allowed in designated grilling areas only. Grilling on patios is allowed only if an electric grill is provided.
17. Towels may be exchanged in Housekeeping daily between 9 am and 1:30 pm March-Aug.

19. Three-night minimum on units, some units subject to week minimum. A clean fee will be charged for less than three night stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LONG TERM RENTALS
A $250.00 deposit is required via check to reserve the unit you requested. Credit card deposits will be accepted with a 3% charge. You have up to 60 days prior to your arrival date to cancel to get $225.00 of your $250.00 deposit back. Please note we charge a $25.00 NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee. Your balance is still due upon arrival via cash, personal check, traveler’s check, cashiers check, or MasterCard, Visa, and Discover with a 3% fee. A $250 damage deposit in form of cash or credit card will be required at check-in. Upon compleltion of inspection of your unit if a damage has occured or a deep clean is required, your credit card will be charged Neither early departures nor late arrivals warrant a refund. We will endeavor to place you in the unit that you requested, however, due to maintenance problems or other unforeseen situations, we cannot guarantee a specific room.
SILVER DUNES CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2008 SHORT TERM RENTALS
Your balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. In the event you have to cancel within the 30 days you will forfeit your entire stay charge. Silver Dunes has teamed up with AIG Travelguard and can now offer you trip insurance for 7% of your stay charge. The insurance is outlined below. If you have questions please contact our front desk reservationist for details.
- Trip Cancellation & Interruption
· Pays for forfeited, non-refundable, unused payments or deposit if due to:
· Sickness, injury, or death of the Insured, a Traveling Companion, Family Member or business partner.
· Unforeseeable circumstances such as jury duty, inclement weather, involvement in or delay due to a traffic accident on the way to the airport, or an organized labor strike.
- Trip Delay
· Reimburses up to $100 per day (up to the limit of coverage)
for additional accommodations and travel expenses if delayed for 12 or more hours due to:
· Carrier delay such as mechanical difficulties or weather.
· Lost passport or travel documents.
· Natural disaster.
· Injury or sickness of Insured or Traveling Companion.
- Baggage Delay
· Reimburses for the purchase of essential items if bags are delayed for more than 24 hours.
- Medical Expense
· No daily limit or deductibles.
· Pays for doctor, hospital, ambulance services, and prescription medication. Initial treatment must be received during trip. We will pay for covered expenses up to one year from date of injury/sickness.
· Pays for emergency dental expenses during trip only.
- Emergency Medical Transportation
· Evacuation to nearest adequate medical facility.
· Up to $5,000 for medical escort.
· Transportation of remains upon death.

This is a brief description of the insurance benefits and travel services provided. Insurance is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa., a Pennsylvania Insurance Company (NAIC #19445) and a member of the AIG Companies®, with its principal place of business at 70 Pine Street, New York, NY 10270, currently authorized to transact business in all states and the District of Columbia. The Policy will contain reductions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions. All coverages may not be available in all states. Travel Services are provided by AIG Travel Assist.
POOL RULES AND HOURS
HOURS: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
1. No glasses or glass containers in pool areas.
2. Please shower before entering pool.
3. Pool furniture will remain in pool area.
4. No personal belongings should be left in pool area over night.
5. No diving, running or “horse play” allowed in pool area.
6. Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult.
7. Only swim diapers are allowed in the pools.
TENNIS COURT HOURS AND RULES
HOURS: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily
1. Please make advance reservations for tennis courts at guardhouse after 4:00 p.m. of preceding day.
2. No skates, skateboards, or bicycles allowed on courts.
3. Please wear tennis shoes or soft shoes only on courts.
GAME ROOM HOURS AND RULES
HOURS: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
1. No smoking, drinks, or food allowed in game room.
BEACH SERVICES
1. Beach charges are due before check out via cash or check on the beach or to your credit card on file if slip is signed.
2. The use of Boom Boxes with out headsets on the beach is prohibited.
